How You Can Feedback About the Scheme and the Books.

This scheme is fairly new and we are really interested to hear what you have to say about it and what you have to say about the books. We are also interested to hear any ideas about other potentially useful books or new ideas for the scheme. Unfortunately we do not have the resources to collect feedback on this website or directly from you, however, there are ways that you can be in touch.

Each book loaned out through the scheme in Gwent will have a bookmark inside it. This bookmark is our evaluation slip and it asks questions about the book you have borrowed and about the scheme. If you borrow a book you can fill this slip in and return it to the library who will pass it on to us.

Alternatively, you can feedback your thoughts and ideas by asking a professional who works with children and families in Gwent to contact us with your feedback. For example School Health Nurses and Health Visitors know about the scheme and can be in touch with us.
