The Gwent Bibliotherapy Scheme recommends four books for the issue of behaviour.

Dr. Tanya Byron's "The house of Tiny Tearaways" deals with parenting and managing specific behaviours such as sleep, eating problems, tantrums in children, and self esteem and consistency in parents.

Dr. Christopher Green's "New Toddler Taming" also deals with parenting and managing specific behaviours such as toilet training, sleep problems, feeding, ADHD, family tensions, dealing with tantrums, difficult habits and discipline.

Jan Parker and Jan Stimpson's "Raising Happy Children" subtitled "What every child needs their parents to know" also deals with parenting and managing specific behaviours including communication, sleep, feeding, gender issues, bereavement, divorce and step-families, helping children talk and listen, slef-esteem and coping with feelings of fear.

Lastly, Candida Hunt's "The Parenting Puzzle"  deals with parenting and promoting relationships and focuses on various aspects of positive parenting, such as enhancing emotional wellbeing and self-esteem in children and parents, rather than on specific problem areas.
