The Gwent Bibliotherapy Scheme recommends two books for the issue of sleep.

"The Sleep Book for Tired Parents" by Rebecca Huntley is a book for parents of babies and young children. The topics covered include freguent waking and unusual sleep cycles, to nightmares, sleep terrors and difficulty getting to sleep.

Lyn Quine's "Solving Children's Sleep Problems"  is a comprehensive and practical guide for parents to help them understand their child's sleep patterns and solve this common problem.
